I share with you a favorite picture I shot late last summer while I was driving home from Western Montana in the Flathead Valley. I have lately become very interested in signage on our highways… and my husband has been so very gracious to stop whenever I say “Oh, I need to take a picture of THAT!” He is so very patient while “I get my shots!” However, he wasn’t with me on this road trip, as I had been away teaching on a weekend at Big Fork Bay Cotton Quilting Co., on Flathead Lake last fall. This was one I COULD NOT… RESIST! I swung my car around, and gingerly snapped a few as cars went zooming by! (Yikes!) The Rocky Mountains are in the background, and I so enjoyed my journey through them to get back… home. I love Montana, Big Sky Country.
I am excited to be playing on a special series, dedicated to my friends. I will showcase the “Katie” journal quilt – it’s all finished, and I am writing up a post about this most beautiful, sweet girl.
In the meantime, I thank you so very much for visiting this blog! I really do love to hear from you ‘out there’ and if you have suggestions, comments 🙂 or ideas… questions too… I’d LOVE to hear them.
It’s a ministry that I hope blesses you as it has me. I hope you are having a lovely weekend, regardless of weather, and things we cannot control. God’s peace and grace to you!
Leslie
