Oh yes. Pink. and Pink Roses ~ Yes Please!
This time of year… it’s not difficult to crave the dreamy look of spring-fresh, pink roses, is it not? For me, it was the perfect {joyful*january} project!! While spring is {still} just a dream for Northern Montana Peeps… it’s always {near and dear} in my heart! And that’s a great place to begin!
By the way, this quilt is one of the Collage Quilts being featured in a TRUNK SHOW with many other of my designs, too, hanging out at Aurora Sewing Center, in East Aurora, New York! Yay! In case you’re from that area, they’re having a class, so check them out!
These pink rosey beauties are cut from Nicey Jane – a fabric designed by Heather Bailey.
I particularly like the size of the rose itself; it’s about 6-7″ or so ~ perfect for it’s starring role in the 29″ circular pattern I designed, titled “Good Tidings.” You may have seen earlier this past Christmas, where I had lots of fun design time using Christmas Poinsettias. So ~ it was time to develop the Spring Version! If YOU like it and purchase the pattern this month, I’m including both photo versions; the spring and the Christmas one, too! *You’ll want to keep your eyes out for flowers throughout the season {and Christmas comes out in the quilt shops in July ya know!} It will be here… before we know it!!
So ~ I hope you are inspired to jump into spring with a lovely, creative version of Spring Good Tidings ~ of your very own!!
Because. Well, spring is always very, very, good tidings!

Thank you so much Sharon; I know I shop a lot of different places so keep on keepin’ your eyes out for florals. It takes some time to “look” but you will spot them easily! Let me know how I can help?!
