Description
This is a technique of raw-edge fusible applique; all the flowers have been cut and pre-fused for you–all you do is peel and stick–either follow the arrangement in the photo or create your own!
Fabric kit for the Mini Version 8×10 of Happy Mail includes:
- Background Fabric in white tone on tone print
- Batik, multi-colored, small print
- Paper Pattern {for all sizes included}
- Full size templates, step by step directions, including illustrative photos
- 55 Pieces of Pre-Cut Florals, Bees, and Butterfly
- Text Print fabric with a variety of phrases included
- Butterfly Fabric with different colored butterflies as options
- Backing fabric and small batting piece for envelope ‘trapunto’ effect
Steam a Seam Lite 2 is recommended as the fusible web, purchased separately; all that is needed is a small 8×8 or smaller piece to fuse the word label and butterfly as chosen from the fabric included.
A scrap piece of batting 10×12 will be needed to back the entire project prior to quilting.
