Prairie Daisies Collage ~ paper pattern
This original pattern features fusible appliqué, simple block piecing, and the ever-iconic, and classic orange peel quilt shape ~ one of my personal favorite shapes! Five petals of this shape are made into a simple and sweet daisy, placed onto a large four-patch blocks, and a trio of collaged flowers fills the center of each daisy. This quilt finishes to 48″ x 48″ square, and easily adapts to a three or four-block table runner, or a larger quilt as well. Soft and cuddly, this pattern also utilized trapunto, a stuffed batting technique, which is optional.
Kits are available upon request! Just email me: Leslie@MarveLesArtStudios.com
Instructions include helpful hints and tips, and a diagram of the pattern, with a template for the orange peel shape included, and beautiful, sharp colored photo for reference as the cove photo.
