Payment
Payment is required within 48 hours of purchase. Item(s) not purchased within that time frame may be relisted if payment has not been received or prior arrangements have not been made with me. I will accept Paypal or cashier’s checks.
Shipping
Shipping is usually made via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail and/or Parcel Post to the address listed on your Paypal account. If you wish it shipped to a different address, please let me know immediately; preferably prior to purchase.
If you wish your item(s) shipped via a different carrier, then please let me know prior to payment, and I will give you an estimate of the cost.
Being somewhat new to Etsy, my shipping costs/estimates are my best knowledge of what it costs to ship. Please ask me if you have any questions! Once an item is shipped and postage is $4.00 or more overcharged, I will refund back to you via paypal.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my utmost to be as descriptive as possible, and to load photos that give you the best image and color representation possible. Many times color changes due to the light source, day vs evening, and some images will have different shades on purpose so you can judge it better for your own needs. If you would like more details, or more photos, please let me know and I will happily oblige! If you are not satisfied with the item you’ve purchased, please convo me and upon return of the item, I will gladly refund your purchase price. I am sorry I cannot refund postage.
International Customer’s: Sorry, I cannot be responsible for lost packages, and am unable to replace your order if it is lost. However, I will provide the custom claims number if needed. If you desire international insurance, those prices will begin at $30.00 00. USA customers can buy insurance for $1.65. Seller is not responsible for lost packages if insurance is not purchased.

Items are shipped usually within one day, and average shipping time is three days. If an item is purchased on weekends or holidays, please expect shipping to take 3-5 days.
