hello!
welcome to summer sea breezes… expressed in fabric and quilted feathers, at least ~ according to my imagination!
this gradient hand dyed fabric is by the talented vicki welsh; described as “abundance” and i love this gradient combo very much. very fun to quilt! and of course, i’ve listed it for sale in my shop. in fact, my entire etsy shop is 20% for my summer celebration with the coupon code MARVELES20}
happy independence day america. may we kknow to whom we owe the privilege of freedom!

Leslie,
Your photos are always so inspiring! I am wondering if you used the same hand dyed fabric for the binding as you did for the quilted body of the runner. The binding appears slightly different and I am not sure if it is just because the quilting slightly changes the appearance of the fabric.
You didn't mention it in your blog post this time, but I am guessing that you quilted it with a varigated King Tut.
Thanks again for sharing.
