June 20th Update: “After over a week at home in Highwood, the Flatens have returned to Denver for Rowan to continue with his third round of chemotherapy. For this round, Rowan receives chemo for 8 days. His first day (today) has been a long one starting with a spinal chemo treatment at 8:00 this morning and it has involved a lot of waiting. He finally got a room at the hospital this evening around 7:00. Unfortunately Rowan is already feeling sick from the chemo and has thrown up. The girls are adjusting well and are excited to be back at preschool in Denver. Thank you for your continued prayers!”
